1. General

These Terms apply to all products and services provided by NetoGroup. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Agreement Formation

A binding agreement is formed once you receive confirmation of your order or service request from NetoGroup.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed exclusive of VAT or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice but never retroactively.

4. Payment

  • Invoices for consulting services are due within 8 days unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur interest and reminder fees according to applicable law.
  • Third-party purchases or hardware procurement will only be processed after payment is received.

5. Subscription Services

If applicable:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
  • Pricing changes may occur with 30 days’ notice.
  • There is no binding period unless stated otherwise.

6. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time. Termination becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. Prepaid fees are non-refundable.

7. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by you. Delivery times may vary depending on product and method. NetoGroup is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal right of 14 days for online purchases unless:

  • Products are customized or specially made
  • Digital services have already begun with consent
  • Products are returned in altered condition

9. Hardware & Equipment

If hardware is provided under lease or service agreement:

  • Equipment remains property of NetoGroup unless purchased.
  • Equipment must be returned within 14 days after termination.
  • Failure to return may result in invoicing of replacement value.

10. Limitation of Liability

NetoGroup is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or business interruption, unless required by law.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the previous 12 months.

Force majeure events release NetoGroup from liability

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to NetoGroup software, systems, branding, and materials remain the property of NetoGroup.
Customers receive a non-exclusive usage right during the service period.

12. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

Unless otherwise agreed, disputes shall be governed by applicable international commercial law and resolved in a competent jurisdiction chosen by NetoGroup.
